Currently, we only support disable SSL 3.0 as is outlined at the bottom of https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh427327.aspx. Note that this section does not talk about disabling TLS 1.0. That is intentional as, currently, it is required for any released version of Configuration Manager to operate properly.

Note that the only Microsoft product that has undergone complete end-to-end testing with just TLS 1.2 enabled to date is SQL. I'm sure someone more in the loop than I will post instructions when they are disseminated to the MVPs, but I didn't want to leave you all hanging.

tl;dr: Disabling TLS 1.0 is not supported yet, however they are working on it and they may have documentation and fixes for it early next year which will be compatible with 1610.
